peanut butter cookies

 Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)

⅓ cup sugar

⅔ cup coconut

1 egg

  1. Heat oven to 180℃ on bake.   Line two baking trays with baking paper.

  2. Mix the peanut butter, sugar and coconut in a bowl.

  3. Break egg into bowl and mix well

  4. Using a teaspoon scoop out dough then roll into balls.  Place on baking tea. Press each ball down with a fork.

  5. Bake for 12 mins until golden around the edges and paler in the middle.

  6. Cool on trays for 10 mins.
